Hello & a happy new year to all!

If one of your new year resolutions is to have a healthier diet, do congratulate yourself first, for a healthier diet means healthier skin & hair! And you can rest assure that you do not need to cut down on snacks totally -- thanks to this superfood, popcorn! You may be surprised but studies have shown that popcorn contains soluble fiber, which helps reduce belly fats. Not only that, it also contains protein, which is good for our skin & hair. Air popped popcorn can be termed as a superfood, as it contains the anti-oxidant, polyphenols. Polyphenols are effective in reducing ageing, aids cancer prevention & decreasing cadiovascular disease, hence all the more we should make popcorn as part of our diet :)

Wait -- that does not mean that the popcorns at the cinemas are all healthy! It is only healthy if they are done with less oil, little or no salt & without butter.
